Supporting pediatric innovation today.
Developing the pediatric innovators of tomorrow.
For years, pediatric patients have dealt with ill-fitted medical devices and at times, have had no access at all to effective diagnostic or therapeutic devices. Health care providers have been forced to adapt adult devices to infants and children, and the resulting improvisations have been far from ideal, both in efficacy and safety.
But innovators have taken on this challenge and today many are working on solutions to make the delivery of care to kids safer and more effective. The development of pediatric devices and solutions is challenging but rewarding.
CTIP services the Southern California community by helping innovators understand pediatric commercialization challenges early in the process and to identify viable paths to market through innovative business models and collaboration.
